Child Support Collections
The payment of child support for the care of children is a very important process that must be handled as a top priority. In many cases mothers can not afford attorneys and must resort to other methods. We will not allow those that are responsible for the payment of child support to escape this obligation. The District Attorneys Office, pledges to make child support collection a top priority. This can be done by having a full time coordinator working for the collection of child support. In addition, Renee Roy, is the Chief IV-D Assistant District Attorney. Dan McKay and Andrea Ducote Aymond act as IV-D Assitant District Attorneys as well. Intake cases will be handled by Sherill Laborde and enforcement will be handled by Penny Davis-Williams. |
